Phaedra Parks from Real Housewives of Atlanta has sold one of her two Atlanta homes. The 4,453 square foot home was sold for $950,000 earlier this month. The home that sat on two-thirds of an acre of land in Atlanta’s Buckhead area has four bedrooms and was built in 1988. Phaedra purchased the home in 2013 for $845,000.
