Rapper Fabolous and his attorneys have rejected a plea agreement in the case where he is accused of battering and threatening his long time girlfriend Emily B. The plea deal would have put Fab in a program for first time offenders. Fab’s lawyer announced that he would be taking the matter to trial during a hearing earlier today.
A Grand Jury will now hear the case which is the first step before going to criminal court.
Fab showed up to the courthouse with Emily’s daughter, Taiana and a bodyguard.
If he would have accepted the plea he would have had all of the charges dropped after completing a pre-trial intervention program.
