Prosecutors say the rainbow-haired rapper violated a sweetheart plea deal he took in 2015 by getting re-arrested twice. The “FEFE” rapper was supposed to be sentenced to 3 years probation for allegedly posting a video of him and a friend molesting a 13 year old girl three years ago. At the time, Tekashi pleaded guilty in exchange for no jail time but agreed not to get re-arrested.
