Bill Cosby’s lawyers have been busy trying to get a judge to grant him a new trial.
The disgraced actor was sentenced to 3-10 years in prison for sexual assault previously. The judge hearing the case has ruled that Cosby will not receive a new trial or a new sentencing hearing. Cosby’s lawyers will now file an appeal with the state Superior Court.
ruling the 81-year-old actor was guilty, including failing to determine the alleged assault happened within the statute of limitations.
