Earlier today, Tekashi entered t=a not guilty plea in his federal racketeering case, in which federal officials compiled evidence of gang violence, retaliation, and dealing, against the rapper and his crew dating back to 2013.
During the hearing, the rainbow-haired rapper also received a trial date, which has been set for September 4th, 2019- ten months from now. Since bail was not addressed in court, Tekashi will most likely have to remain behind bars until trial, at least for now.
