Kanye West was in talks to be a headliner at this year’s Coachella festival, but it looks like that won’t be happening.
According to TMZ, West and his team were unable to come to an agreement with event organizers about the set up of the stage. Apparently, Mr. West felt that the traditional 60X40 foot concert stage would not work for him because it would be “artistically limiting.”
The two sides could not come to an agreement, and when talks broke down Kanye decided that he was not willing to compromise.
For now, Rihanna and Childish Gambino have been mentioned as possible headliners.
