Kanye West is suing his former record label Roc a Fella Records. Even though the house that Jay, Biggs, and Dame built is no longer standing, West has filed a lawsuit to get a large amount of money that he says he is owed. West has also filed a suit against EMI to get money that he says they owe.
Neither of the lawsuits name Jay-Z directly, but they do hold each company responsible for some of Kanye’s financial trouble.
