The Queen of Daytime #Whoopi , decided to collaborate with #MayaElisabeth (A leading lady in the medical cannibus industry) to create a product for women with severe menstrual cramps. #WhoopiGoldburg says that her granddaughters suffer from severe cramps during their cycle and she decided this was something she wanted to work on.

The company will be called Maya&Whoopi is set to sell products including edibles, THC-infused bath products and more. Whoopi says “For me, I feel like if you don’t want to get high high, this is a product specifically just to get rid of discomfort. Smoking a joint is fine, but most people can’t smoke a joint and go to work.” Very true to say the least, a lot of women have to work through their pains making it almost unbearable.
The two women have examined the marijuana market and decided this was the perfect time to invest and create a product that will only be beneficial and not unhealthy. Whoopi & Maya will include products with only CBD, which lacks the euphoric effects commonly associated with marijuana. The whole line is scheduled to be available in April.
