The Golden State superstar left Game 5 with an apparent leg injury and did not return. While it was originally believed that Durant had a torn Achilles, Warriors PR called it a “right calf strain.” The developing status of the injury could have serious implications for the Warriors’ title hopes as well as Durant’s future as he heads into free agency.
