The man who is being accused of shooting and killing Nipsey Hussle has been indicted by a Grand Jury, and new charges have been added that could make things even harder for him.

The District Attorney’s office in L.A. had previously charged Eric Holder with premeditated murder and three other crimes related to the shooting. After revisiting the case, the D.A. decided to revisit the case and handed it over to a grand jury, which indicted holder on the four original crimes of murder, two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a felon. The two new charges that the grand jury decided to add were two counts of assault with a firearm for the victims who did not die.

Sending the case to the Grand Jury will allow prosecutors to skip preliminary hearings.
