Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida has been released from prison according to sources close to the situation. Earlier this week he was released from the Fort Dix Correctional Facility, and is currently residing in a Philadelphia halfway house until mid October.
Back in 2014 Nida was sentenced to an 8 year prison sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and racketeering. His lawyers were successful in convincing a U.S. District Judge to reduce his sentence to 84 months. :
