Pusha T has been appointed as the latest House Ambassador for Louis Vuitton, as announced by the French luxury fashion house on Monday, July 8. Louis Vuitton highlighted that Pusha T’s selection for the ambassador role aligns with the brand’s aim of blending diverse cultural influences to create compelling narratives in its esteemed menswear realm.
A press release stated, “His appointment as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton reflects his dedication to artistry and distinctive personal style, resonating with the Maison’s commitment to original expression in fashion and culture.” Louis Vuitton anticipates an exciting collaborative journey with Pusha T.
This development comes as no surprise to fans of the Clipse rapper, considering his longstanding association with the renowned fashion label through his close friend Pharrell Williams, who assumed the role of LV’s Men’s Creative Director. Pusha T, born Terrence Thornton, and his brother Malice made a notable appearance at Pharrell’s first Men’s Spring-Summer 2024 Show in Paris, where they walked the runway and debuted an unreleased track, speculated to be a response to Jim Jones. Pusha T’s song subtly addressed Jones after the latter criticized him on Billboard’s 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time list.
Shortly after attending Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Spring-Summer 2025 Show in Paris during Fashion Week, Pusha T was named LV’s House Ambassador. Pharrell unveiled his latest collection to the tune of an unreleased track “Birds Don’t Sing” by the Clipse and John Legend. In an interview with Vulture the following day, the duo confirmed that the song would feature on their upcoming album, marking their first collaboration in 15 years.
