Empowered Parents in Community
Family Mental Health & Wellbeing Forum – Come join us for a meaningful day focused on mental health, wellness, and family connection. This free forum is created with Black families in mind and offers a welcoming space to learn, share, and grow together. Through engaging breakout sessions and community conversations, we’ll explore ways to strengthen communication, nurture resilience, and build joyful, healthy relationships at home. 
Free childcare and a full catered lunch will be provided. 
Youth ages 11–18 are invited to participate in the forum sessions alongside adults. 
$50 stipend for the first 10 families to arrive!
