Police plan to hold a news conference today(Nov 18,2009) at 10 a.m. to discuss the Shaniya Davis case and new charges are pending in her death… Authorities are trying to decide where the girl was killed and if the case will be prosecuted in Cumberland or Lee County… Two people have been arrested in her disappearance but no one has been charged with with her death… Police said one issue holding up any charges is the question of jurisdiction…
