If you need a little extra cash (like most of us do) the The NC State Fair needs your help at this year’s State fair. You can apply for a number of jobs through the Employment Security Commission.
Applicants will need to apply through their local ESC office in person and online with NC Job Connector. There are ESC offices in Raleigh, Cary and Durham open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday though Friday.
The primary need for workers will be setting up and taking down rides, however, there will be a need for casual labor, food service work and retail. Job openings will be filled in the week leading up to the fair opening.
