If you frequent area Redbox DVD vending machines then you are familiar with that $1 per day rental fee. Well, get ready for change because the company that owns Redbox announced last week that they are going up on the price of their daily fees.
You will now have to pay $1.20 if you want to rent DVD’s from the Redbox. The company says that this is the first price increase in their eight year history.
Due to rising operating expenses, including new increases in debit card fees the company has found it necessary to increase their prices.
