Longtime Duke head basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski is one win away from doing something that has never been done.
Over the weekend No. 6 rated Duke ran all over Presbyterian in a 96-55 victory bringing Coach K neck and neck with his college coach Bobby Knight in the all time win category. The win gave the coach his 902nd all time NCAA win. As the Dukies won the game there were 9,314 fans in Cameron Indoor Stadium chanting ‘902’ in support of the coach.
Duke takes on Michigan St. Tuesday night in Madison Square Garden as Coach K makes his first attempt to become the all time leader in victories.
