SHOWTIME SAYS…
Police say that a man was robbed and shot Thrusday night in Raleigh’s Chavis Heights neighborhood.
According to Raleigh police the man says that he was standing in a parking lot when he was approached by four men who tried to rob him. The man says that he was shot and then he got into a car and drove downtown to hail a cab which took him to WakeMed hospital.
The man was shot in the stomach and is expected to survive.
Anyone who has information on this shooting is asked to call police.
