Usher’s ex-wife Tameka claims his sympathy for her deceased son is bogus stating he only visited him once during his 15 days in the hospital and didn’t attend the funeral. Usher filed a motion to postpone the delay the next hearing in light of the death of Tameka’s son, Kyle, who was killed in a jet ski accident. Usher also felt like Tameka would get an unfair advantage in the hearing because the court would not want to rule against a woman who is still grieving the death of her son. In court documents Tameka claims Usher’s attempt to postpone the hearing is “simply a transparent sham” … and asked the judge to DENY Usher’s request and require him to appear at the next scheduled hearing, set for August 13. Tameka feels if she go ahead and resolve the custody battle she can go on and heal and move forward with her life.
