This season of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice has started of with a bang and  a couple of hits below the belt.

After La Toya Jackson was fired on Sunday night’s episode, she accused her co-star Omarosa of killing her late fiancé, Michael Clarke Duncan.

“Omarosa’s fiance passed away not long ago. He had a heart attack, I’m sure she gave it to him,” she said. “She’s a conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Clarke Duncan … and I thought Mr. Trump was falling for that fake cry. Such a lie!” Jackson went on to say that Omarosa was “the most evil person I have ever met.”

Omarosa has not taken these allegations lightly, and according to reports, she’s now planning to sue Jackson for her “false, vicious and defamatory” remarks.

Her attorney released a statement saying she plans to “pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law.”

“La Toya Jackson’s statement on the March 17, 2013 episode of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, that the Reverend Omarosa Manigault caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to die, is false, vicious and defamatory,” he said. “Rev. Manigault has been heralded as a life saver for her actions on the evening that her fiancé suffered a life-ending heart attack. It is because of her bravery that Mr. Duncan — the love of Rev. Manigault’s life — was able to live for months beyond that tragic night. Mr. Duncan passed away from natural causes.”

Omarosa tweeted her reaction, saying, “I am saddened by her remarks!! Truly!!”
