Paula Deen is at it again! As the Supreme Court overturned Prop 8, Deen’s team decided they want her lawsuit to be dismissed for the same reason that Prop 8 was overturned.
It is stated that since the Prop 8 defenders did not have the rights to defend the constitutional amendment, Deem feels that white people do not have the right to file racial discrimination lawsuits when their boss uses the N-word.
