Kinston Woman Arrested For Dragging Dog Behind Her SUV

A Kinston woman was arrested after dragging a small dog behind her SUV.
Twenty-six year old Jennifer Marie Wilson was charged with felony cruelty to animals. Her bond was set at $15,000. No details have been released as to why she had tied the small dog to the back of her vehicle.
The Lenoir County SPCA accepted the animal and treated its injuries.
