R&B bad boy Chris Brown is in a crazy legal situation. The Los Angeles Prosecutors Office is looking to take Breezy to court for the minor car accident he was recently in despite the victim saying she doesn’t ant him to be prosecuted.
Breezy was involved in a minor accident with a woman in Los Angeles. The singer left the scene of the accident without providing the victim with his information. The victim says she doesn’t want his money or anything form him so she doesn’t want him prosecuted. However, the city attorney can object to a dsimssal of the charges which means despite the victim saying she’s okay with Brown not being prosecuted, the city can prosecute him anyway.
Many speculate the reason the D.A. is so interested ni having Chris Brown prosecuted is that if he is convicted of a crime, it will trigger a violation of probation in the Rihanna assault case. We’re no saying that this is a set up, but it definitely sounds fishy to us. But we’re not lawyers. What do you think?
