I just want to know how many will be losing their job after discharging a dead man and sending him home in a cab…SMH. A’Darrin Washington was discharged from Cumberland County Hospital last month after being misdiagnosed and treated for bacterial pneumonia. According to reports the nurse called for security to escort the patient from the hospital because he was ‘uncooperative’ and ‘refusing to talk or move. The Allied Barton Security guard the placed Washington in a cab for his 45 minute ride home. His mother, Deborah Washington is suing of course for and seeking compensatory and punitive damages for negligence, wrongful death and negligent infliction of emotional distress. If this hospital can’t tell the difference between a dean man and an uncooperative man they don’t have to worry about ever treating me. Read more here…
