Wal-Mart is blaming comedian Tracy Morgan for his injuries that he suffered when he was involved in a fatal crash.The limo bus that the comedian was riding in was struck by a Wal-Mart truck, driven by Kevin Roper,who had not been to sleep in more than 24 hours. In response to the comedian’s lawsuit against Wal-Mart, the retail giant claims their injuries were caused “in whole or in part” by their “failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device”. Comedian Jimmy Mack was killed in the accident and Tracy Morgan was critically injured and is still in rehab. There were 6 other passengers on the limo bus injured as well.
