Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was arrested earlier today in Maryland on a DUI charge. The “Baltimore Bullet” was pulled for excessive speeding and driving under the influence around the Fort McHenry Tunnel on I-95. Phelps has released several statements via twitter apologizing for his actions.
