R&B singer Tank was arrested in L.A. yesterday using his phone while driving. yes it’s serious in L.A.. He was arrested and charged with failure to obey an officer. According to TMZ the “Maybe I Deserve” singer refused to give officers his license when asked after being stopped for talking on a cell phone and driving. Tank caught a ride with some friends after being released from jail. Maybe he should have been driving the new Infiniti Q50 and used the hands free phone system…lol.
