Lifetime is planning on the release of their new biopic, Whitney, on January 17th, and now we catch a glimpse of Yaya DaCosta performing as the legend, while lip-syncing to Deborah Cox‘s voice.
Yaya does have some of Whitney’s mannerisms down, but the lack of her voice really does make it an awkward viewing experience.
