Officer David Lee of the Hickory Police Department is a viral star after video of him doing The Wobble landed online. The officer was dancing at a predominately black community block party thrown together by Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and the Hickory Police Department. The public fete was done to ease the racial tension in the city and to show that, despite popular belief, we can coexist.
