Michelle Obama is arguably one of the most powerful women in the world. She is certainly one of the most powerful First ladies in the world. Representing an office that technically has no salary, although it comes with it a vast amount of responsibilities, Michelle Obama serves that office well. And even in the face of racist and sexist ridiculousness that she had faced since the Obama’s have been in the White House, she has maintained a grace that comes almost second to none.

Michelle Obama’s endeavors in trying to curtail child obesity, has been one of her most notable achievements as first lady. But even Obama, like the rest of us, has days that she wishes she could be doing something else. Or rather, has days that she wishes she was someone else. Vanity Fair reports that when the First Lady and rapper Wale met to promote Reach Higher initiative for college, the two also asked questions of each other. One of the questions Wale read was, “If you had the opportunity to have a different occupation, what would it be?” And the first lady responded by saying Beyoncé.

What does this mean? It means game recognize game – Beyoncé is also arguably one of the most powerful women in the world. But it also means that Beyoncé is not just a person or singer or celebrity or brand. Being Beyoncé is an actual occupation. We agree Michelle. And we’ll like to have that occupation too…well, at least for a day or two. Anyway, this was more proof that Michelle Obama is truly a First Lady of her time.
