The manager of an Apple store in Australia is now apologizing for kicking out six young black boys because they “might steal something”

The confrontation was recorded by one of the young men as the manager and several employees approached them and asked them to leave in order to prevent shoplifting. The teens range in age from 15-16 years old, and were simply browsing in the store before the prejudice incident occured.

After the video was made public the manager apologized and made a statement about the “inclusion and diversity” being a part of Apple’s core values.

Apple said in a statement. “We believe in equality for everyone, regardless of race, age, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.”

One of the students, Francis Ose has excepted the manager’s apology and is ready to move on with his life.
