50 Cent is claiming that he isn’t able to pay all of the money that a judge ordered him to cough up in a settlement over a leaked sextape.
TMZ reports that Fif wants to pay $1.6 million in the settlement instead of the $7 million that he was ordered to pay.
50 Cent says he’s cashed strapped, so like any responsible bankrupted rapper he’s asking a judge to radically reduce a judgment he’s required to pay over a sex tape.
50 was slammed by a jury that concluded he maliciously posted a sex tape featuring Rick Ross’ baby mama to needle Rick. Baby mama Lastonia Leviston saw no humor in it, and sued 50, winning a $7 million damage award.
50 wants the judgment slashed to $1.6 mil and possibly even less … because the $7 million award doubles up the emotional damages and the rest is excessive.
We will have to wait and see if the judge agrees with Curtis.
