The Golden State Warriors will have to be without their star point guard for part of the playoffs.
Superstar Steph Curry might miss two weeks of playing time due to a Grade 1 MCL knee sprain. An MRI was performed on Curry today and revealed that there was no structural damage to his knee, and there is still a chance for him to return within the next 14 days. A doctor will reevaluate Curry in two weeks.
The Warriors are currently leading the Houston Rockets 3-1 in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
If they win one more against the Rockets they will face the winner of the Clippers-Trail Blazers series in the Western Conference semifinals.
The Warriors would play the winner of the Los Angeles Clippers-Portland Trail Blazers series in the West semifinals.
