Apparently, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney believe the new trademark will damage their growing brand and empire, citing “irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” The documents obtained by TMZ accuse Chyna of trying to deliberately seek profit from the “goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name.
