Tran was issued an emergency restraining order after reporting Brown pushing her down a flight of stairs, punching her in her stomach, and threatening to shoot her. Tran wants Brown to stay away from her for atleast 3 years or have jail time and will be fighting for a permanent restraining order this Thursday.
