It’s March 8 so you know what that means — its’s International Women’s Day!
International Women’s Day, originally called International Working Women’s Day, is celebrated on March 8 every year. It commemorates the movement for women’s rights. This year’s campaign theme is Be Bold for Change!
There are so many events going on around the world and there are a few in North Carolina as well. Take some time out of your day to send appreciation to your favorite women and celebrate International Women’s Day.
