Rapper and entrepreneur Master P is in the process of creating a biopic. P announced that he will be working on the film this summer and he will be working with some hollywood heavyweights. Queen Latifah and Wendell Pierce will be a part of the project which will be filmed in New Orleans. There is no word yet on when the film will be released.
The film is tentatively titled “King Of The South”.
Master P also added that this is the perfect time to share his journey.
“The timing is right for me to tell my story, it was tough back then especially being from the South, New Orleans was the murder capital at the time. I want others to learn from my mistakes and understand my work ethic of never giving up, no matter what it may look like,” said P Miller.
