Rapper Young Thug was cleared of some pretty big charges earlier today. Thugga was accused of slapping a woman in a nightclub back in March. Sources say that he will avoid any charges associated with the incident.
The case was presented to a grand jury to see if there was enough evidence to proceed with charges, but a judge ruled that here wasn’t and threw the case out.
The incident allegedly took place in the parking lot of a nightclub when Thug’s fiancee got into an argument with another woman. Although there is video footage of the argument there is no footage that shows Thug actually slapping the woman. This is the second time this month that Thug has gotten good news regarding legal matters. Last week he was let off the hook for drug and gun charges stemming from a police search of his home in 2015. The DA dropped all charges in that case because cops did not properly obtain a warrant before entering the home.
