I reported yesterday that Memphis rapper Blac Youngsta turned himself in to police in Charlotte after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with the shooting that occurred at CIAA that left 100 bullet holes in Young Dolph’s van.(Click HERE if you missed that) Well today Youngsta’s lawyer is shedding some light on why he believes that his client is innocent.
The attorney claims that the rapper turned himself in because the fan that cops say was used in the shooting was rented under his name but was stolen prior to the shooting. Youngsta and two of his associates are facing six felony counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling/occupied vehicle and one felony conspiracy charge. Youngsta told the TV cameras “I’m innocent” as he approached the police station yesterday.
