Singer R. Kelly has paid $730 to the IRS to settle a huge unpaid tax bill and Uncle Sam has dropped their attempt to seize his property and assets. The lien against the singer that was put into effect last year has been dismissed.
According to the lien, Kelly owed a total of $730,683.80 in taxes for 2013. The IRS threatened to begin seizing his property and assets if he did not pay.
Kells paid the $730k to the IRS and his debt has been paid in full. He still has some unpaid tax liens that are still active from other years. g multiple unpaid tax liens still active.
