Former NBA player Derek Fisher has officially charged with two counts of DUI after an incident in June. Fisher was involved in a car accident when the car he was driving with his girlfriend Gloria Govan in the passenger seat crashed into a guardrail and flipped upside down. The car he was driving reportedly belonged to Gloria’s ex husband Matt Barnes. Fisher was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was later arranged on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content above 0.08.
