Vatican Police Raid Top Cardinal’s Home Find Gay Orgy AND Drugs! [PICS]

Late last month, an apartment belonging to one of #PopeFrancis’s key advisers was raided after neighbors complained of suspect behavior and “a constant coming and going” of visitors.

Italian newspaper #IlFattoQuotidiano reports that upon raiding the apartment, which is owned by the Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, police interrupted what is being described as a “gay orgy” complete with a spread of drugs. The unnamed secretary to Cardinal #FrancescoCoccopalmerio ended up being arrested but there is no word of his charges yet.

According to US News, Coccopalmerio “serves as president of the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts and leads interpretations of the laws of the Church” and reportedly recommended this same secretary for a promotion to bishop.
