Jennifer Jarosik, one of the half-dozen women to accuse Russell Simmons of rape, opened up about her story with Megyn Kelly, on Tuesday. During the emotional interview, she claimed that there was not one, but two incidents where she was allegedly raped.

Jarosik says the first indecent took place in New York, while she was interviewing him for a documentary on women’s empowerment. Jennifer says, “He asked to peak with me privately. So my director left the room. He aggressively came onto me, he started to kiss me, then he raped me.” She then goes on to tell Kelly that “it happened to quickly I just froze.”

Jennifer claims the second sexual assault by Simmons, happened in 2016. She tells Kelly, “I went over to his house. In Los Angeles. And we were having a meeting. And he pushed me and forced himself on top of me. And I– that was it. I left crying.”
Jennifer Jarosik is suing Russell for $5 million, which is solely for the alleged 2016 events, due to the 1st indecent is not within the statute of limitations. She says she has decided to come out about the allegations for healing and “for the other women to know that they can come forward and speak about this.”
Russel Simmons still denies any wrong doing and says, “I look forward to having my day in court- where, unlike the court of pubic opinion, I will have the ability to make use of fair processes that ensure that justice will be done and that the full truth will be known.”
