Rapper XXXTentacion has been granted permission to be released from house arrest in order to go on tour. XXX’s legal team announced that a judge will allow their client to be taken off of house arrest so he can make some cash.
He was placed under house arrest after being charged with 15 felonies for what prosecutors say is witness tampering by convincing his girlfriend at the time to not testify against him. Lawyers convinced the judge that XXX would be strapped for cash if he wasn’t allowed to tour and reap the benefits of his most recent album.
