M.A.C. Cosmetics has announced that they are dropping a new collection honoring Aaliyah. The line is inspired by the styles of the 90s and will drop on June 20th in stores. Some products will vary by market according to an announcement posted by M.A.C.
“Aaliyah lives on in a makeup collection influenced by her groundbreaking work in music and film,” the makeup titan said in a statement.
Fans of Aaliyah created a Change.org petition which caught the attention of M.A.C. in the same way that fans of the late Selena were able to get the company to create a line based on her.
