Rapper Kodak Black has been sitting in a jail cell for about two months after being arrested for gun and marijuana charges two months ago. A judge has sentenced Kodak to a one year jail sentence.
Back in January cops found a firearm with ammo and over 20 grams of marijuana in a home with Kodak while he was on Instagram live. There were other charges that were dismissed and prosecutors lowered it to possession of a weapon by a felon and weed possession.
He will have the opportunity to receive his GED while he serves his time.
