A celebrity plastic surgeon is behind bars after he allegedly went on the run after one of his patients died after getting butt injections from him.
Brazilian doctor #DenisCesarBarrosFurtado, known as “Dr. Bumbum,” reportedly gave bank manager #LilianCalixto butt injections at his Rio home on Saturday, according to @Time. She fell ill during the procedure and Furtado rushed her to the hospital, where she died hours later.
Authorities say Furtado disappeared after he dropped the woman off at the hospital and a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
