Sanaa Lathan’s latest movie, Nappily Ever After hits Netflix today! Have you heard about this movie? According to IMDB.com the movie is about Violet Jones tired of waiting for her longtime boyfriend to propose, breaks up with him. But old feelings, and heaps of jealousy, no doubt, arise when he promptly begins dating another woman.
It is categorized as a romantic comedy but the real person that Violet falls in love with is her self. Nice! Rumor has it that Halle Berry was originally going to star in the movie several years ago but things fell through. It’s just great that the movie was finally made! It’s a shame that it couldn’t come to the big screen but at least you get to see it.
And yes, Sanaa did really cut her hair for the movie! She originally hadn’t plan to do it but she was convinced by producer, producer Tracey Bing and celebrity hairstylist Larry Sims she took the leap and did it. She looks great! Go Sanaa!
