Former Miss USA, Kenya Moore just had her baby girl, Brooklyn Doris Dalys. According to People Magazine, l Moore underwent an emergency cesarean section due to preeclampsia, “a pregnancy complication that caused her to gain 17 lbs. in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine.”
Moore lost a lot of blood and is week, but the baby is doing very well. She posted on instagram that Kandi Burris, her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star sent her flowers.
She admits that it’s going to be a long road to recovery but her husband and friends have been a good support system for her.
Congratulations Kenya, Marc, and little Miss Brooklyn! Can’t wait to see the baby pictures!
