Rapper Kodak Black was arrested before he could even the stage at the “Rolling Loud” Festival. It turns out, Black was planning on using the check from his performance to help honor the legacy of a victim from the Parkland School Shooting and start a scholarship fund in honor of Meadow Pollack, who passed away last year in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
